| Abstract | The water spectral reflectance with phytoplankton was studied on controlled laboratory experiments. In 3 tanks, witch differ in inner coatings, Chlorella vulgaris culture samples were diluted in 5 different concentrations. The water spectral signature was analysed through bidirectional reflectance factor curves, and the bands that show greater sensitivity to the concentrations of photosynthetic pigment presents in the Chlorella vulgaris were determined. The results showed the bands near the peak of greater absorption by chlorophyll a and carotenoids, and also the bands near the peak of chlorophyll a fluorescence. |
